Five easy steps is all it takes:
1. Clicking on a category of your choice. Then browse through our shop until you find any items you wish to buy. You can also search for a specific product by clicking on the search button above.
2. Once you find a product you wish to purchase simply click the buy button after making any appropriate selections such as size and colour.
3. You will be prompted to confirm your order and specify the quantity required.
4. At this point you can either proceed to the checkout and pay for your chosen product or you can continue to shop. You can add as many items to your order as you desire. At any stage you can view the contents of your order by clicking the “view basket” button.
5. When ready you can proceed to the checkout. At this point you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payment is by credit card and all prices are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept Visa and MasterCard and Switch. Credit card transactions are secure and are processed online.
Acceptance
When you register with our website and make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected). Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We may at anytime revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is up to you to ensure you regularly review and reprint them for your records as necessary.
Our Contract (Order)
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Kendal Sports you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Kendal Sports will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched.
Pricing
All prices quoted on this website (unless otherwise stated) are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate, and are in Pounds Sterling, but do not include the cost of delivery. Every effort is made to maintain prices quoted on the website, but that is not always possible. We therefore reserve the right to discontinue any item and change prices where necessary. You will be notified of any relevant price changes that enter effect after you have placed an order. Payments can be made using credit or debit cards via our website; we reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions. Under the distance selling regulations customers should expect delivery of goods within 30 days, where this is not possible we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative delivery dates. If the original ordered item is not available, and a comparable product is delivered as a substitute, then the costs of returning the item (if cancelled within the seven days following delivery) are our responsibility. Kendal Sports do not disclose customer information to third parties without previous consent.
Card Security
We accept online payments through a secure server by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution. We do not accept any responsibility for any paperwork, payment or goods you send to us in the post.
Availability
We try to hold a good stock of styles for our active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. You will be given the estimated delivery date of stock or given a suggested alternative. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. Occasionally some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but you will not incur any additional carriage charges (unless otherwise stated or notified by email prior to despatch). We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

We do our upmost to ensure that both the pictures and descriptions for products shown on this website are accurate and a good representation of the product; however it may sometimes be unclear. Special Order Items
All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom made items are non-returnable. This includes items that you have been informed will be late, but you have confirmed you are happy to wait for. Cancellation must be made before the order is processed.
Offers and Promotions
Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If free postage is offered, it applies to a Standard Delivery only and excludes quoted and overseas deliveries. Kendal Sports reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time, should circumstances change.
Postage & Packing Charges
Kendal Sports will aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days of cleared payment providing they are in stock. If goods are not received within 21 days, please contact us direct. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24hours.
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Should shipping costs be higher than that shown on your order when completed at checkout we will notify you by email prior to despatch.

Kendal Sports denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors.
Rates quoted on this website apply to mainland Britain (unless otherwise specified), for delivery outside of this area simply email or call us so we can give you a quote. We do everything possible to ensure delivery is made in good time and that products are safely and securely packed; however we cannot guarantee exactly how long it will take the carrier to deliver once the parcel is out of our hands.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Returns
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel most orders made through our website, within seven working days of the day following delivery of the order. However, this does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, perishable goods and audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing within the above time frame.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase. We are happy to refund the original price of any item notified within 7 days and returned within 30 days in an unused, unsoiled condition in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any costs incurred in returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the consumer.
Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
Personalised and Special order items, CD’s, Videos, Underwear and Computer software. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us. An exchange for a faulty item will be sent to the customer postage free.
If you wish to return an item please state your reason for return on one sheet of your sales invoice, include it in your parcel and post it to Kendal Sports
PLEASE NOTE: Sale Items are non-refundable: we will exchange to the value of the item. A £2 handling fee will also apply to all returned items that are not faulty.
Customs
Goods ordered from Kendal Sports for delivery outside the UK may be
subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
Your Shopping Account
When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.
When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct, and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change, or you wish your details removed.
Kendal Sports reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately. Please Note: We are unable to add or amend orders after you press the Order Now button.
The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent.
You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet.
